SHIPPING POLICY
Quasar Light LLC currently ships orders within the contiguous United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After an order is processed, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on the destination, carrier performance, and operational conditions.
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified logistics providers. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact the customer to determine the next available resolution.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at [info@quasarlightllc.com](mailto:info@quasarlightllc.com). We will review the tracking details, assist with a carrier investigation when applicable, and determine the appropriate next steps.
