REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Quasar Light LLC accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at [info@quasarlightllc.com](mailto:info@quasarlightllc.com) with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
Returned items must be unused, clean, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts whenever possible.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or order-related issues caused by our fulfillment process, Quasar Light LLC will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label when applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
